Heat treated pallet boxes

Pallet boxes comprise lid, tray, sleeve and heat treated pallet.

Pallet boxes are manufactured from durable double wall corrugated board.

Pallet boxes are supplied with the sleeve packed inside the tray and lid which are in turn attached to the pallet.

Postal tubes

Strong cardboard tubes ideal for sending out artworks, prints and other documents.

All postal tubes are supplied with white plastic end caps.

Postal tube end caps will reduce the length by 15mm at each end.

Instapak quick

Instapak quick is a protective foam bag that molds to your product shape, easy to use and activated manually.

Simply apply hand pressure to the seal and squeeze Instapak bag and the foam starts to expand in the bag within seconds.

Place the Instapak bag in your container and push your product into the expanding bag.

Repeat the process with a second Instapak bag and close the top flaps on your carton to form the top cushion,
